Vodafone Portalnmms trick was blocked, but after a certain duration it is found to be working again in some of the States, after trying many of the hosts and attempt finally the Vodafone trick was working with the Kepard VPN. There is no disconnection problem in this Config, Still not sure for the UP Users.
